Okay so on my old M1 when I switched to the Simply Everything plan they sent me a text message with a link saying my plan included Sprint Navigation. The other day I used TEP and got a new M1 under my content on power vision the Navigation is there but when I try to download it, it says content not available on your device. What gives?
