Has anyone dealt with Ecare latlely? I want to know if they have been responding fairly quickly. I know some have complained in the past of them not responding very quickly. I have an issue that I want to ask them and wondering what kind of time line before they get back to me. Also what's the best way to send them an email? through the sprint site or is there a different email address to go by?

I wrote an email last nite to ecare asking for a PRL update. I got an email response in less than an hour.

Great response John. This sort of eagerness to help a customer reflects well on the current attitude of Sprint to get the customer service reputation turned around. I'm rooting for you, as a happy Sprint customer myself.

eCare has been a really great improvement from my past experiences. It's like they did a 180-degree turn from a few years past. I really hope the new CEO takes Sprint from the dumps to some serious competition to Verizon and AT&T Wireless.

eCare has been great. I've been doing almost all my Sprint stuff through eCare and they've been very responsive -- both quick and accurate.

Of all the problems I've had with Sprint over the past six months (I'm still puzzled as to how such a simple account can get so screwed up), eCare is about the only consistently excellent part of Sprint's customer service. For me at least, eCare has been very helpful and extremely prompt in their responses. I love the eCare is an option.

eCare is really trying hard to improve the image of Sprint. When I first started with Sprint, eCare was pretty much, ... eeee ... I really don't care, but Sprint has really been working hard to improve this negative image lately.

Does anyone know if they are opened on weekends? I wrote to them yesterday and I'm still waiting. :fingers:

Actually, I believe that they are. I do get responses from them over the weekend.
