Hey all,
I'm having a dilemma these days. It's time to upgrade my UPSTAGE which I've been frustrated with ever since I bought it last year. I want to get a smartphone but don't know if I should just buy the Curve, or wait for HTC to come out with the Diamond or Raphael in Sept.
First off, I do want a Blackberry for email reasons, but is it worth it to get even if you can't open WORD documents or write in a WORD document? What really are the pros to the Blackberry Curve other than receiving your email?
The HTC Raphael is great, but is HTC a good brand? I don't even know how much it'd be also, and am wondering if you guys think it'd be worth it to wait four more months.

Please help me!

Well in your case I would just wait. Since you are on the fence about what phone to get. Also it doesn't sound like you are in a huge rush to get a new phone at the moment.

Htc is a good brand. I had a mogul before and loved the phone. Had a few issues with mine which have since been fixed in the recent update.

I have the curve now and love it. You have to either get the $30 or $40 data plan. Get the $40 if you need exchange for email. I have the $30 and I get unlimited text, gps, sprint tv, sprint music, bis email, unlimited web browsing.
I know if you have a smartphone other than a blackberry you can just add a $15 data plan. You don't get all the same features as the $30 bb data plan but you can see what data plan will work good for you.

Not sure if this helps at all but I hope it does.

I think the look of the blackberry is what everyone likes but i think it is more for email and texting. I say go with the other if you don't plan on doing all that.

Any Windows Mobile phone can do all the email that a blackberry can, so really it comes down to which one you like better.
