I placed an order with Account Services (retentions) on Tuesday night and when I check the order status under "Order History" online at Sprint.com, it shows "Order in Progress". It has been this way since Tuesday night. I called in yesterday morning and was told that it was on backorder and that they received a shipment and that it is in stock and that I have to wait until the order is filled.
Anyone else seeing their order in progress for a while now?
