Ok, here is an unusual one. I am on a BES (meaning I have corporate email) plus I also have personal email on Yahoo.
Here is the issue, none of my profiles seem to alert me (tone or LED) when I get a message on the desktop account (i.e. the corporate BES account).
However, when I get a message on my personal account (Yahoo) they do?
The settings for both Desktop and Yahoo accounts for all profiles are exactly the same????
Any ideas?

check your profile settings on your curve make sure its set to alert you when BES e-mails come through.

That is what I was talking about above. They are set exactly the same for BES emails and yahoo emails. Yet, yahoo emails alert me and BES emails do not (even though I get them)?

Figured it out. Since I had a BB with only 4.1 on it, they never deleted me from the BES, only reactivated me so not all the service books got pulled down to the curve.
However, once they actually deleted me on the BES and then reactivated me, it pulled down all new service books and everything works now.
