So when I bought the Curve I got the discounted loyal customer 279$ price with 100$ rebate.

I'm checking out the rebate and it says I need to resign for 2 years to get the rebate.

Am I reading this correctly? When I bought the phone I didn't resign my contract.

Also is there a way to submit the rebate online?

I did some searching on this temp forum but didn't find any answers to these questions.

When you bought the phone at discount you resigned your contract.

They didn't say anything about extending my contract and I was surprised so I hoped for the best, but it was extended.

trust me they didnt give you the 279 deal out of the goodness of their heart..haha

go to sprint.com and go to phones/plan and then plan details and retreive your expiration date.
