I no longer have any icons for G talk, y messenger, etc. I didn't install them yet.
My browser is missing, my email setup icon is missing.
What did I do!?! I just transferred applications and those didn't even show up.
EDIT: I had to resend the service books, but the IM clients are missing and all my BB contacts are wiped out. Weird.

Well... I see you mentioned that you resent your service books, just give it some time. Once your data is back up and running, your browser and email icons will reappear (in theory). Look for Google Talk, Yahoo Messenger, and BB Messenger within the "Instant Messaging" icon. They should all be located there. If you need anymore help just PM me and I will see what I can do for you. Hope this helps you out some.

Alright, I got everything back with the service books except for AIM. Which is all I use out of all of those except BB messenger. I went to mobile.blackberry.com, where i used to get AIM for the 7100i, but it's not there and the icon didn't come back and it's not hidden, i checked that.

****, I think it trasferred all the crappy ringtones from the 7100i, all I have extra are Ringer_BBpro_1-4. Are those the only extras?

Here is the link to attempt to download AIM 2.0 for the Curve, in case others are having the same problem. Just type this into your Curve's browser... http://www.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=aim
The trick here is to click "Download AIM 2.0 for sprint customers using a Blackberry Pearl etc..." This works rather than clicking the download button. Thanks to LineNoise for pointing this out.
