I have a 23% employee discount and I would like to get the Loyalty discount as well. With all the non-sense that I have had to put up with, I am still with Sprint, I deserve the Loyalty discount! How do I get it?
Also, how do I go about asking retention for them to boost up my Unlimited nights from 7pm to 5 or 6pm for free?

Simple, look up time machines on eBay. Make sure you get a late 07', early 08' P2K model. Once it arrives, PM me for futher info.
OK, back to reality, you can no longer get loyaty discounts if you are in the new billing system.

If you're on the new billing system they don't stack discounts anymore. You get the loyalty or the employee. I just lost my loyalty. I got a credit instead since I had just signed a new contract w/that discount before I was moved over to the Ensemble billing system. It was a HUGE hassle though. I wish I had never signed the contract and just left Sprint.

It is too bad that Sprint is locking down on all the discounts but you'd have to admit, Sprint's fees are still pretty good.
Besides, with all the money that sprint lost Q1, they can't afford to give out freebies anymore...

They're pretty comparable in costs with AT&T but AT&T has much better phones in my opinion. It's starting to feel like it's not worth the hassle though.

I think the more Sprint prices/our bills look like the top 2 dogs, the harder it will be for them to gain/keep customers.

Ask for code DISNAI. Only retention code left and it gives you 6 months of free service. Only given out with manager approval.

Who do I give that code to? Will they definitely give it to me, or will they have to get their supervisor to approve of it?

With a year in, all you can get from Sprint is your monthly bill on time.

NOIO for Iden phones and CBR2MST (I think) are also two great ones, hard to get but the right person might but them on for you. Don't forget to ask about the $130 family unlimited plan while you're at it too.

:Popcorn2:The famil unl plan is a old free and clear plan that is still in the system you may be able to get it to work for two lines. But I tries useing this as a save offer right before the simply everything plans where released. And I tried adding three phones on two it the F&C add a phone for the 3rd and 4th lines was removed from the system. I know at least here in the OCC they have told us not to place any customers on this price plan since it is not to be offerd anymore.

Apparently loyalty discounts are still available. Called to renew tonight and 10% was offered as an incentive...Until I told her I already had a 20% discount. Got $50 per line credit instead for re-newing.

You buy out all the Sprint shares and code the discount yourself.
