i own both phones but am having trouble deciding what i want to use lol, help me out please!!! i currently use the m520

I'd go with the M520. Keys are seperate, same software functionality, both have microSD slots. Only downside with M520 compared to Upstage is the lack of the additional battery/case but I honestly don't know many people that use it.

I would also go with the M520... The Upstage has two batteries.. i'm not quite sure if it has better battery light the other thing that was meantioned above was the keys are farther apart.. i'm actually not so fond of the Upstages two screens on both sides.. but hey some people like it.. the m520 is very sheek and it slides up and down.. and some of those features I really don't like.
