Does anyone know how to reset a v9m? It has a 4 digit user lock code. I tried all the obvious ones, including the last 4 of the number, but none work. Anyone know some trick to reset it?
Thanks,
Sal

I know, I tried both, but someone played with the code and changed it. Thanks.

Nope, if you do not have that code, the only fix is to go to a Sprint store and have them reset the entire device, which would delete everything.

I thought if you reprogram ANY phone with Sprint, that it automatically resets the lock code to the last 4 digits of the phone number you programmed into it.
At least, that's what happens with both my Sanyo 9000 and my Motorola V9m.

yes, but in order to get to the programming screen, the phone has to be unlocked :(
