In terms of the screens:

the outer screen has a visible scratch but it does not interfere with the function of the screen
the inner screen has two barely visible scratches that can only be seen when the phone is powered off (I've used the phone almost a year myself and honestly even though I can see the two scratches when it's off it is not a distraction when the phone is on or being used and I've used this for pics and opera and video, so don't let that dissuade you from buying this)

In spite of these cosmetic imperfections the phone works perfectly and would make a good secondary/emergency phone or everyday use phone if cosmetics isn't an issue to you.
