I need to sell this fast. Be great if I could sell this tonight. It is a Samsung M520 with little wear. Battery door is the only defect. For a flawless phone the battery door will have to be replaced.Replacable on eBay for under $10.

I received PM from buyer and I've responded. He states that there are scratches ALL OVER the phone and screen. I am certain that the phone had no scratches on the screen that were noticeable and the only real issue was the battery door.
Waiting for his response to see where we go from here.

Yeah, I don't know what to say, there were just thousands of very fine swirl scratches all over the phone. Maybe it happened in shipping but I would only give the phone about a 5/10. I'll probably just do a claim for a new one, but now I'm out $150, so I should have just bought a new one on ebay or something. I'll see if my digital can show the scratches, doubt it...

Since the agreed upon price was $105 shipped (unless something changed or there's a typo somewhere) then cirruslyloud can take the phone back and fully refund 88jr or partially refund 88jr the cost of the insurance claim.

I clean out my photobucket once phones sell, I don't have pictures of this phone anymore.
I've been going back and forth with 88jr and he's going to send it back. His words were that he was going to send it back, if its in the same condition that I thought it was in then I'll send it back and that's that. If it appears to be in worse condition then what I shipped then I'll STILL send it back and we'll discuss where to go from here.
If the phone is in worse condition than what I shipped, then I would have no idea how that happened. I would only feel comfortable with partially refunding 88jr part of the insurance claim. I know the condition that this phone was shipped. It was bought from HaywireM520. He himself said that this phone was a 9/10, giving it a 9 only because of the battery door. I let everyone know that the battery door was a defect.
I've never had an issue here or on eBay and I'd like to resolve this as fair and quick as possible. I've asked 88jr what he/she wanted to do and this is his/her decision. I will from now on keep those pictures of items I'm selling until I KNOW that everything is good on each end. That portion is a mistake on my part.
88jr, I've PM'd you my address. Just let me know when its shipped back and please confirm that the above is accurate and true. Thanks.

Well, I just received notice today that 88jr has sent the phone back to me today. I'm going to see what the condition is when it gets here. If I believe its in the same condition as what I shipped than I'll see what he/she wants to do at that point.

Photo A will show the screen.
Photo B will show the D Pad button.
Photo C will show the "MicroSD" side of the phone.
Photo D will show the back of the phone.
Photo E will show the battery door.
Photo F will show the top of the phone.
Photo G will show the keypad.
I do see some flaws that 88jr was talking about and then some I do not, unless I hold it a certain way. I don't see any issues with the screen or the D Pad. The battery door I already knew about. There is a nick in the bottom corner, can't remember if that was there or not. The "swirl scratches on the sides are so fine that I don't notice unless held a certain way. I have a 10 megapixel camera with 10x optical zoom. I tried my best.
88jr, I'm going to leave it up to you. I do think that this phone is in great condition. I can send it back or we can talk some more about what we should do. I wanna be fair about the whole situation so YOU let me know. I don't wanna end a deal with either of us not happy. OK, enough talking.... here's the pics.

I'm not interested in keeping it. I thought you would see the things that I was talking about...picture A shows the swirls in the silver at the top of the phone...picture B shows the nick at the bottom of the Dpad...picture C again shows the swirls in the silver on the side of the phone...picture D shows the nicks below the battery cover...and picture F shows some nicks on the top right corner.
