Hey SU'ers, I have a problem on my hands. I'm being billed for $524.51 this month and I don't know what for. I think it's from the phone Sprint CS ordered for me and billed my account without informing me. When I received the new phone, I received a paper with it to return my old phone so I won't be charged. I sent the phone weeks ago and I still got charged. Any help on removing the charges? Thank you in advance.

Ask them to explain everything to you and to put a hold on the amount you want to contest make sure if you sent them a phone back you have tracking numbers

I'm being transferred to Account Services as we speak. I hope I get this resolved.
