Why are you considering making the move?

If I had the touch I would also considering making that move, because the ACE has a full Qwerty Keyboard, the touch does not. I'm an indirect dealer and I do not like to sell the touch because it was not fully developed by sprint because there are so many errors with the phone, I have about 3-4 come in during the week alone because there is various problems with them. So the ace would be the suggested move..

Because it has the international sim and I will be doing a little bit of intl. traveling for business.

That's a good reason to make the move. Play with it and see the differences in the OS (both Windows, but Ace doesn't have a touchscreen and runs a different OS). Many of the basic functions are common between the two. I've never had a WM non-touchscreen phone so I'm limited in what I can tell you about the differences.
