whenever i try to connect to the internet on my phone, i get "Error in Communication" on the bottom of my screen. the phone is a samsung m520 that i just got through insurance from my M1. its been like this since i got it friday. ive tried calling and searching and it hasnt helped.

call sprints tech support your phone probably is not properly provisioned,

im trying to get it set up tonight if i can, i tried calling multiple times

you need to talk to technical support, and since the phone has been active since friday they should be able to assist you with provisioning the phone either by them pushing the information through or walking you through doing it manually. if they cant fix it then they can open a ticket up for you, but you need to talk to technical support, if tier-1 is not able to assist ask to be escalated to tier-2 or a supervisor.
