Below is an email and response from Sprint regarding the lack of notation on invoices that would provide a tally of FIMF usage and credit. Very polite response and I was assured the free minutes are accounted for properly but having the actual written record on the invoice is apparently asking for too much. FYI - I have detailed invoices.
Hopefully someone from Sprint will monitor this posting and remedy this.
Dear Mr. XXXXX,
Thank you for contacting Sprint. I will be happy to assist you about
the "First Incoming Minute Free".
I would like to inform you that "First Incoming Minute Free" is added
on
both the line effective July 13, 2005. I noticed that both the lines
are pulling first free incoming minutes from your anytime minutes on
every call.
I have reviewed the usage of first incoming minute free on both the
lines. I noticed that 15 first incoming minutes free have been used on
the line #XXXX and 50 first incoming minutes free have been used on the
line #YYYY in the previous bill cycle.
Therefore, please be assured that first incoming minute free are being
pulled on both the lines. However, the invoice is not reflecting these
minutes. I sincerely apologize for this.
Again, I assure you that first incoming minute free are being pulled
from your anytime minutes on both the lines.
It is a pleasure assisting you. Have a nice day!
Sincerely,
XXXXX
Sprint

Question: I have the addon "First Incoming Minute Free" on both lines
of
my plan. Can you tell me where, on my most recent bill, I can find the
total minutes used to which this feature is applied. The total minutes
credited with this feature do not appear anywhere on the bill nor does
the bill acknowledge it in any way. It is listed, on the your website,
as an addon when I confirmed my plan addons. I'd like to be certain
(see
it in writing on the bill) that these first incoming minutes are indeed
not being added to my anytime minute usage.
Thanks.
