Use my upgrade eligibility upgrade 3 of my additional line thru Sprint website. It was a good deal to me, a Motorola KRZR K1m for free after instant rebate.
After the phone arrived, I try to activate the phone online (Ensemble account), it didn’t go. Go the store next day; they can’t do it because there might be some system glitch. So I decide to call Sprint direct and got hold of Premier Care, after on hold for an hour, they told me the ESN on these 3 phones they send me it isn’t in the system!!??!! :confused:
Anyone else encounter this?

Thanks for the information; it looks like a Sprint phone to me.
But what’s the active date? The day it was manufacture or the software was written?

Take it to a tech store....that activation date is alarming. Or PM me the ESN and I'll see if I can find it in our system.

if they get an error stating that the esn is not loaded in the system then you have to call tech support to do click it ticket for you and it takes about 3-4 days to load the esn into the system. Why not call order support then take the phone to a store and have it exchanged right there for another one if you dont want to wait?
