I'm purchasing a "backup" phone. Anyone know if my PV plan will be affected if I activate a regular vision phone? cheers...

I am assuming you don't want to pay for PV on a regular Vision phone, right? If so, it should automatically switch over. If not, try updating your vision profile from the phone.

no, I actually want to keep my PV plan, being that its free and all. The use of a regular vision phone would only be temporary.

oh, free. that must be nice. then, i would just talk to a tech support rep and be honest about your concern. tech doesn't care about billing stuff and they will best explain changes that will happen, if any.

You can't. If the code is in the system as Power Vision the system will require it be removed before switching the phone.

do what I do, have a PV backup phone. As a matter of fact, I have a Vision backup phone as well (2, actually) as I have Vision phones on my acct too.
