Hi!

We've been with Nextel for several years now. I just re-registered on the "My Nextel" website in order to have access to new functionalities offered on the new "My Sprint" site. Well......I THOUGHT there would be new functionalities. :confused:I was under the impression that I would be able, not only to view my bill online, but to manipulate it - that is, to arrange it by phone number or by number of minutes per call, etc. Also hoped that more info on current use would be available.
Our main phone has been "misplaced" for 2 days and it would sure be nice to access online the phone numbers that have called, or even the text messages that have arrived in the past couple of days. The battery is without doubt dead and so Mobile Locator can't give us any help. Don't want to go and buy another phone until we're sure this one won't turn up.
Am I overlooking any of this on the website? Is it available and I just don't know how to find it?
Thanks!!!

Info. from previous bills is available as you mentioned. I'm on my phone right now so can't check exactly how to access it, but I think all is available under call detail in billing. You can have the system sort by number called, length of call, billing code for call and of course the date of the call. Sprint doesn't have real time info on calls made though so you would have to wait until your bill cycles to find out any specific calls made from the phone beyond estimated minutes used.

I don't think you can get detailed info on texts except for the total number you have used.

Good luck finding the phone.

Thanks, Crazy Guy.
I can see past bills - but they're all just pdf files -- can't sort or do anything other than view or print a copy.
Too bad we can't have real time info. I do on my AT&T and it's nice to have at times.

It's an application available for $15/month that lets you locate the phone through your account online. A map will appear with the location of your phone indicated with a dot.It can be pretty cool, but it's kinda slow. You're supposed to be able to "ping" the phone every 10 minutes and it used to be pretty good about that. But in the last 6 months or so, we often have to completely sign off, wait a few minutes, then sign back into our account before we can get another locate.
