I am up for my 2 year renewal contract and phone and want to save some $$ on a new phone. Any ideas on promo codes that work with this?

Yes, call in, say you are out of contract and you are interested in finding out what deals you can get. No threats, yelling, saying you have 10 friends who all pay $10 a month for unlimited calling, etc.
Just call, be nice and talk.
