I was recently migrated to Ensemble. After migration I added unlimited text messaging to each line on my account. After adding it effective immediately, I signed on my newly setup Sprint Account (MySprint) expecting to see the reflection under my plan details. I come to find that there was no indication that it had been added to my plan. I thought that the next billing cycle would fix it, but it still does not show up under my plan details. I discovered today that it does show up online on my printed bill and my current usage, but not my plan details. What is up with that?
I know there have been little bugs before like this but I thought Sprint had fixed it since then. Anyone else seeing the same thing? The plan details I can see on my phone are more wrong than the website...What gives?
