yeh how it arrived from ebay. I posted awhile ago in samsung forum bout it. a sprint rep tried to fix it

Neither covers the screen. Pops are $3 for 20 oz. and to finish off my day I got pulled over for doing 10 over. Pay day couldn't seem further away.

Should be able to just pull at one of the corners to "un-snap" it.
The device never completely turns off but if you hold the power button you can turn the "phone" off and on. The PDA functions are always on unless the battery dies. Hope this helps. No worries about the feedback, I do understand now. Thanks.
