i remember i had to jump thru all kinds of hoops to get my PV phone working on my grandfathered plan. just wondering if this process is still cumbersome or if they have gotten the bugs worked out.

I switched to a mogul without a problem.

They also have a $5 PV plan now that they can probably tack a $5 credit on as well to

I have the old vision plan so I have not ordred a new phone in a while.

In order to try for the $5 powervision upgrade should I order the new phone, then call or call to get the powervision then order the phone?

Code can't be placed onto line until PV capable equipment is present, you would have to order the phone first.
