To make a long story short…
Purchased Motorola Q9C and LG Rumor on the SERO plan.
Q9C works and LG Rumor works except no web/internet access. Shows “Network Error 52” every time.
Called tier 2 Tech Support went through song and dance of resetting, rebooting, on / off, new user id, and etc.
Tech issued ticket for re-provisioning.
Provisioning done and still no web access – Error 52.
Tech suggest new phone.
Got new phone and activated over the phone. Waited 5 hours so programming and etc is completed.
Still no web access and “Network Error 52” still appears.
Questions:
1. Anyone know what “Network Error 52” is? The techs I spoke with did not know!?!
2. Any thoughts on what is going on?
3. Suggestions on what I should do?
