I have A familly plan I was offered 100 bonus minutes a month. I have noticed on my bill that it seems that there are 100 bonus minutes on each line. Anyone else have bonus minutes on a familly plan. And if so does each line have there own seprate bonus minutes each month? :icon_smil

2 of my 5 lines have bonus minutes. It shows up under those line's plan features. The other 3 lines do not have bonus minutes.

If it is showing up as a plan feature on each line, then I would guess there were 100 minutes added to each line. Bonus minutes are not shared...at least on my plan.

As far as I know, bonus minutes are not a sharable add-on, so each line gets its own 100 bonus minutes. The bonus minutes are typically used up before the shared lines begin eatting into the anytime minutes.

I have a family plan with bonus minutes on each line; they show under each line as add-ons. The bonus minutes are NOT shared and anytime minutes are drawn first from available bonus minutes and when those are gone, that line will start using the shared plan minutes.

Thats how it looks on my bill. I thought maybe the only way they could have added them is to put them on all lines. Or else the rep I spoke with just was feeling good or just made a mistake.:D

man! if i had known family plans could have bonus minutes i would have asked for that instead of getting a higher minute rate plan for 30 bucks more a month. i needed 200 more minutes not 800!

Mine were added years ago (I have an old F&C plan). They NEVER worked, never showed up....until I was put on the new billing system. Guess they found them in my plan somewhere and now they show up and I pull from them first. It was a nice surprise! I had forgotten all about them.

About the same deal for me, however some of them still don't show up with the new system. In fact it's worse than the old one!!
