Tired of Photobucket sending "your image was successfully uploaded" confirmation messages to your phone? PB doesn't allow you to opt out of receiving them ~ and you can't block 'em from Sprint's "block text" option either, BUT...
There's usually a work-around to most problems, and I've found it!
1. Sign in to your Sprint Picture Mail Account
2. Click > Inbox
3. For the mail from Photobucket, you should see a white square (where a picture would be) outlined in black with a pic of a piece of paper w/a folded down corner and “Abc” on it. Click That.
4. On the next page, you’ll see a blank pic with the message “No Media was sent with this message." Above that (on the left) you’ll see links to reply, forward, etc…and on the right, you’ll see icons to save, delete, and BLOCK (the “no circle” with a person’s head in it). Click That
5. On the next page, “Block Sender”, choose the second radio button down that reads “Any e-mail from @photobucket.com”…then click either yellow bar that reads “Apply and go to inbox” or “Apply and go to block list”.
VIOLA' !! ~ You have now BLOCKED those stinkin’ confirmations that not only are unnecessary and verrrrrrrrrrrry annoying, but also fill up your Sprint online pic folder and your phone’s received folder (and can only be deleted one at a time...grr!)
Go ahead ~ :) TRY IT ~ YOU'LL LIKE IT! :)
