It wasn't him it was taken at the CTIA event in Las Vegas earlier this month. It was a picture taken by a tech site that was there.

Man that looks so much better than the Verizon silver version.

I wonder if they'll release it in the all, glossy black as the 8830? I love my 8830 but the 2.0 MP camera has me sold on the Curve. I miss being able to randomly snap a pic when I want to show someone a place I'm at or some crazy thing I happen to come across.

No Worldphone (GSM) capabilities? That is a shame ... leaves the 8830 and the (abysmal) Samsung Ace as the only ones. Sprint really needed either the Pearl or Curve to be Worldphones, means I must keep my Blackberry on T-Mobile for perhaps another year.
