6 hours from now.
Further, I am providing you the features included in $20.00 Sprint Power Vision Power Navigation Pack. Features are:
-Unlimited Data Access,
-Unlimited Picture Mail,
-Unlimited Sprint Nagvigation,
If there is anything else in this regard, please let me know. I will be glad to assist you.
Now when I go online, there are charging $5 for picture mail, $5 for text, $5 for vision and they replied in another email that navigation was an extra $10 a month. Christ!. These guys are ****ed up. It should have bee $10 a month and now it is up to $25. They are ****ing weasels.

Did you get this resolved?...The last time I dealt with ecare I had stuff falling off and other stuff adding to my account when I viewed it online. I called and talked to a CSR and they assured that my account didn't change. I bet it took 2-3 days for Sprint to get in the system correctly.

before you go name calling did you bother to call or email and ask? you might be getting charged for it but then have a reaccuring credit every month.

That's really a good answer. Several years ago Sprint gave me a deal on one of my phones for Power Vision to be free. However, they have to charge the $25 to have it active on the account. They just turn around on the same bill and give me a $25 credit.
I think sometimes people are too quick to jump on the "I hate Sprint" bandwagon, without checking things out or trying to have a little patience in resolving issues. I've only really only had one bad customer experience with Sprint in years of being a customer, and they ended up giving me a free Mogul as a result. That's pretty good customer service IMHO.

People should verify before name calling.
I had emailed Sprint and was told in a return email that I could have navigation if I paid the $10 after the above rep in the OP said it was included.
This morning I called CS and they added the navigation while I was on the phone. Now it shows up online on my account whereas before it did not. She also said that this would now show up as a credit as you have mentioned.
As far as the picture mail the rep this morning said I don't get picture mail with the $5 vision pack even though the rep in the original email as shown above stated it was included. She changed that so that it now show included.
I am pretty sure that there will be some bogus charges for data, or picture mail on my first bill so I will fight those fires when I get to them.
For the past 8-9 years I have generally had a problem 9 times out of 10 when dealing with Sprint when it comes to having them own up to what they either say or write in an email.
I prefer to use email now so that I have things in writing. It has helped me when I have had to file complaints against Sprint with my States's Attorney General.
Even when I have things in writing, another rep will come along and change things. It is irritating.

see here is the thing, what most people dont understand, if i make a change to your account, it might not show up right away or it wont show up correctly, or it wasnt finalized and a supervisor has to approve it , now the customer call back in to verify that it was added, well it might not show up, now rep two is trying to add it and getting errors and has to remoive everything and re do it and the process starts all over.
Things you are asking for are not standard things, so the system might kick it back out at first. I mean you are getting a great deal and instead of paying $30 so i think you should cut them some slack and not complain when you are getting stuff for free and not paying full price like every other customer.

Your getting a good deal since Im paying full price for unlimited texting ( $20.00 ) and power vision acess pack ( $15.00). I do get a 15% off my bill ea.month for a loyalty discount.

My beef is commitments. I want to upgrade my PV plan to include PAM. Even though I've been on Sprint forever and could churn at any time, they can't add it without a minimum 1 year commitment. Damn computer won't let em.
I got a bogus explanation, after all, they aren't subsidizing any new hardware. So they are out the additional ~$35/mo in revenue they would be getting.
