My question is this: Seeing as how I will be OOC for the first time with Sprint, what could I expect to get that I do not already have. I only have one line and I do not text but maybe once a month.
I am eligible for the $150 rebate on a new phone, but I am a cheapskate and would not like paying for the difference.
The only other things I could see myself wanting would be possibly free vision, or a nicer phone. Am I being too greedy here? I already have a nice plan, one that if I were to leave Sprint, I am not sure I could get @ AT&T or Verizon.
What is your advice?

Well, since you do not text, Free Vision, nIGHTS @6, and a nicer phone would suffice. I would take up that conversation with E-Care though. Have it in writing and documented.

you get $150 pluys mail in and instant rebates which makes phone start at free. you only pay $40 i would be happy with what you have.
Thanks for the feedback.....I think I am going to ask for free vision and a new phone, but offer to give up N&W @ 7...with 1K minutes it is not essential.
I will post what I end up with....

UPDATE:
After striking out with E-Care (they told me that there was nothing they could do), I called Retentions and got a cool guy. I explained how my plan, my situation etc., and here is what he did for me.
Keep the same base plan.
Keep free PCS-to-PCS
Keep free 7 PM N & W
He gave me free Vision (basic, not power) for an entire year.
He also gave me a Katana LX for only $1.95 after accounting for the $150 rebate.
That was more than I ever thought I would get. He even overnighted the new phone so I would have it tomorrow!
All that and he had me only re-up for one year.
Very surprised at how well this all went!

1.95? i'm very interested to read how he played that on the notes lol.
asking for a discount on a phone is not too much. and i'm glad that you weren't greedy and asked for everything. :)
