My 5th line is unused and I want one of those old school Zack Morris from Saved by the Bell type of cell phones. You know the type, the huge one.
Would it be possible to get one of these phones activated on my line?

no, because they use analog signal and probably dont have an esn.
and since the analog networks are slowly being shut down it wouldnt work that well either.

they do make clones of that phone for GSM, you could always get one and use it with a prepaid sim lol

Tha's not a bad idea. I've been scouring eBay and I can't find anything. It would be cool to be at a party and to pull one of those out and make a call..LOL
On a similar vein, I've rewired a traditional phone's handset for use as a "handsfree" headset. There are schematics floating around out there, and I think a few places sell them, too. Not quite the brick cell phones you saw on Wallstreet, but it still evokes a sense of "***, what year did I just wander into?"

Yeah, I tried to get my hands on one but never had any luck. They kept selling out the second any place got any.

It's pretty funny to walk down the street sporting one of these! It harkens back to a simpler time, when people talked on rotory phones while walking down the street. Wait...

if you want to go even more old school, try something like this:

^^ There you go. It is a standard headset, will work with all 2.5mm jack headphone slots.

That ebay search for GSM brick phone absolutely ruled! I never even would have thought such a thing existed.
