These steps can diagnose any Power Vision error that you encounter when trying to connect to the web from you WM6 Smartphone. Sometimes Error 67 is simply a power vision lockout. If you complete these and you are still getting error 67 wait 20-30 minutes and try again. Sometimes error 1012 is just a temporary outage. If you keep getting 1012's sleep on it and try again the next morning. To complete several of these steps, you need information from customer service so this should only be used if Customer service cannot fix the issue for you (IE you are tired of being transferred or customer service (Here forward CS) says that a ticket has to be created). None of these steps will erase any of your personal information, These steps are harmless in the scenario that your vision isn't working, that being said I bear no responsibility for any damage to you and yours missing limbs, broken power vision, etc etc if you choose to try these steps. If your Vision is working DO NOT DO THIS. It's unnecessary. You can view these settings if you want but don't change ANYTHING IE, don't fix it if it ain't Broke. These steps should be done in the order given as some of them are unnecessary if the prior steps work and some are dependent on you completing the prior steps. This ends the intro. Now to get to work.

Prior to Beginning gather this information from Customer Service Follow these Preliminary Steps:
A. Your MSL. Reps aren't supposed to just give you the MSL when you directly ask for it but I've never had a problem. If they do give you flak, just say your phone won't make or receive calls. They'll give a code that goes ##XXXXXX# with XXXXXX being your MSL.
B. Your primary and secondary HA (Or Home Agent) IP Addresses. Again this is something customer service has to give to you. It's in a system called service pro in the Network status area. This might take some doing to get out of CS because most don't even know what Servicepro is unfortunately :irked:
C. Your Power Vision password. You can either reset it yourself from the website (Which I will show you how to do) or you can have CS reset it for you. Resetting it yourself is by FAR the preferred method because you don't have rely on any particular rep's knowledge of Sprint's systems and you can set your password to something familiar for future reference. To reset your power vision password yourself. Login to your Sprint.com account and click settings and passwords (Circled in Red):

Click Wireless Web Passcode:

Fill in the fields as you want them to be and click submit (remember to write down this password. We'll use it later):

Follow any prompts to complete password reset.
D. Also while you are in settings and passwords click Wireless Web Username:

And write down your power Vision username. We will need it later. It will be XXXXX@sprintpcs.com. Write down the whole thing.

If you choose to have CS do it you'll need to ask to have your "NAI Password" reset from the system called CSM. Then they'll have to go to the aforementioned system Servicepro to see the new password. If they can't find it ask for someone who can or tell them it is under the last transaction in the list and it is called "Update Data Service or Product AAA." They need to click more info and read you the line of code that says userpassword=XXXXXXXXl the XXXXXXXX is your password, not including the "=" or "l" on the end.
