I agree...thanks SU! I didn't really employ any tactics to get free stuff, but I learned about eCare which helped me get things added to my plan that customer service stupidly denied as a possibility (like buying extra chunks of minutes to add to my Power Pack plan).

I agree SU is a big help. Managed to get a credit, discount and pick 3 myself. I was already happy with the service and my phone. Now believe it or not I am happy with my bill.
