Well I have been with sprint for 8+ years now, and had some great plans. I remember paying less than $50 for all the extras, with one line. I got my second line last year(for my grandma). My current contract expires 02/08/2009. The only thing I see that is wrong is that the Sprint TV is suppose to be free. But at one point and time I got vision free and they said that I could have txt free. Then they put text for 20 per account. So I called and they said here take this instead, 30 per mo for vision and txt, with free tv.

What do I need to do to get this fixed, I think that I am paying alot for what I am getting. I mean the 2nd line doesn't even get used I think I should have all the options on my main line on my second line. What do all of you guys think?

Here is my current bill:

Retentions offered me 1000 AT shared for $40. I think it may be $50 now.. that'll save you $40 at least. Downgrade your vision pack to the $15 (if you don't have a blackberry). I opted for the $10 vision. Same thing, just a weeeeeee bit slower. Not noticeable in my eyes.

Also ask retentions about a loyalty discount. It's between 10-15%

I am getting a 25% discount now, I am just waiting for the corp. 6% discount to kick in. I guess this is the best its going to get.

So I called Sprint again this morning but called the retentions department directly. I some with an account manager and this is the outcome:

$89.991400 F&F 2 lines
$0 2nd line
$12.50 EVDO/GPS/TV
$0 Unlimited Text
$4 Road Side
$7 TEP

Total 113.50

-25% Loyality
-7% Corp.

Total
$77.18 Per Mo before taxes.

Thanks for being here SU.

you must be on p2k because you have stacked discounts. Good luck with that.

When I asked they said that I was on the new billing system. Why the snotty answer? Can't you just say it sounds like there might be a problem instead of saying "good luck with that".

I thought we were here to help each other not compete.
Thanks SingSongBird.....................big help.

The new billing system does not allow stacked discounts the way the old system did. A number of people have found that their discounts that were stacked disappeared. That said - I have a stacked discount and a few others have stacked discounts. Keep an eye on the bottom line and if the discounts disappear - call in to find out why. There are ways around the discounts like a % and a $ credit but % and % are considered stacked. Good luck and your bill looks great.:)

Thanks for the quick answer on what he was talking about. Like I said they did say that I was on the new billing system so we will just have to wait and see. Thanks again
