I am considering purchasing a Sprint Touch. Is a clean ESN all that is necessary to activate? I have a Mogul now on a SERO account and I just want to switch phones while retaining the same phone # and the same SERO service with the addl 7 dollar insurance I currently have. Thanks,

ps: Can I activate over the phone, or do I need to go to a Sprint store?

ESN is good to go then it should activate. You can activate over the phone, in a sprint store, or online if you are part of the new "ensemble" billing system.

Yep. If the phone has a clean ESN you should be good to go to activate the phone by one of the mentioned method's. :)
