I just got a sero plan with two phones. I didn't originally want to get a phone because I have HTC touches already that I want to activate. Well they told me to just get the free phone and then do an esn swap after I get the phones. Well I got the phones and now when I try and do an esn swap they say my touch isn't compatible with my plan and in order to activate it, they will have to change my plan! How is this possible, they sell the touch with the sero plan so why cant I activate mine?

hopefully its still active it should be direct to sero customer service. tell them u just got sero and give them the touches esn...dont even mention swapping yet (unless u r trying to activate the free phone on something else)...once they enter esn on their system they can tell what kind of phone it is and will give u the programming instructions on phone and msl codes and guide u through...call from a landline though not the phone u r activating or swapping too. this is sero dept so they will know theres no activation fee but if they do say something just tell them its listed as free at sprint.com/sero...and or tell them another rep said they told u to do this and they would waive the fee
