I currently am on the sero plan with sprint and I had gotten two Palm Centro phones shipped out by accident one to my houes and one to my college.
On my last bill they charged me for two centro's but put a credit for one of them and charging me the price I agreed to for the second one.
I returned the second phone and sprint gave me a $215 credit off my current balance.
I am a honest guy and I called sprint exec services and told them the lady was really surprised I called in about it and left the credit on the account cause I was honest to them.
She did say however that it could be caught in one of the audits and debited back to me but she said that she was going to leave it and if it got audited then they will debit me back otherwise she said it was fine and not to worry about it.
She said that it was up to me if I wanted to pay my previous bill or not because my bill printed for $132.51 and then they gave me a $215 dollar credit leaving me with a credit of 85.22.

So should I pay my current balance of 132.51 or just leave it?
What does everyone think?

I agree honesty is the best way to go about things with sprint. I had my story here where i was honest and straight up and asked for nothing:http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=159701

But as to your question I would keep paying your bill for the next 6 months. At that point I would make the assumption if it would of had an audit then it would of happened already. Six months is a long time in business for short term small gain audits. Atleast thats my opinion.

Yea that's what I was planning on doing.
I am just gonna pay my normal balance for the next few months and if the credit continues to be on there after like 5 or 6 months then I will go ahead and let the credit pay for the bill for a few months.
I don't feel bad about doing that because I did let Sprint know right away what happened and exec services did give me permission to keep the credit if it doesn't get reversed during a audit.

We have three lines on sero and my brother is on a third party plan which is $20 + $5 roaming pack so = $25 so with taxes and everything it adds up to that.
I have a lot of uncles! lol
