Rather then finding the right person on the phone that knows how to do this I highly suggest you try eCare and eChat.
Last week I chatted with a rep online and had her add my home phone number to my 2 sprint 2 home addons (1 on each line)
Yesterday I sent ecare a single email while logged into my account at sprint.com and this was the response...along with my original message
Dear Tommy R,
Thank you for contacting Sprint in regards to Sprint pick 3. I will be
happy to assist you with your request.
Per your request I have added the following numbers to line number
760-904-xxxx today 04/07/08:
1800-244-xxxx
818-795-xxxx

i never heard of an i-care escalations department but ecare took care of everything forwarding my message to the right people. i confirmed m2h usage online already....so easy!
btw i didnt have any numbers set up on my accounts. the addons were just there with no set phone numbers until i contacted echat and ecare
