i would advice against calling just by looking at your signature your receiving a nvp discount on sero, and have freebies (the bonus minutes, and early n/w)

all of which are not allowed on SERO plans, and calling in can cause you to lose them.

once your contract is up and if your eligible for an upgrade i would just buy it online to avoid any potential lost of freebies or discounts on your account.
