text message packs

i know sprint has different message packs other then un limited. to my knowledge they have 1000 500 300 50 does anyone know how much each of those are? i'm thinking of taking un limited off my line and putting it to something less. the messaging is apretty big part of the monthly bill. if any of you have anything less then un limited, have you ever gone over the allowed total? what happens if you do?

For a while Sprint was offering 500 text free.
You can also ask if they have the unlimited text for $8.00 still.

BTW if you go over your allotted txt you will be charged .15 cents per txt, this doesn't sound like much but adds up very quickly.
