I have a question about a SERO plan that i signed up for and i want to make sure i have the right one before i call. I called up and signed up to the SERO plan for 49.99 with 1,250 minutes. when i view my plan online it says SERO F&F and then gives the plan description. it doesnt say anywhere in the plan description about unlimited texting or unlimited data which is included with the plan.
Do i have the right plan or should i call up and let them know. my phone will be here on monday so i want to get it straight before i use it

That's common for the plan details for Sero users. If you do a search on this forum you will notice that for whatever reason, in plan details they do not mention Texting or Vision. But once you get your phone and use both of those items you will see it show up on your useage page stated that both are unlimited.
You will probably never see them listed in your plan details. Not sure why Sprint doesn't have that included in the plan details.

If you are on Ensemble, then those addons appear in the addon section of the account info pages. If you're on P2K, well, you just have to rely on faith and then see what your actual bill/invoice says...
If its a new account, it *should* be on Ensemble, in which case you should be able to see that stuff (unlimited SMS, PV (called "Casual EVDO"))...

i just checked the add on section and casual EVDO isnt there. i did call up twice and had them look up my plan and both people said it was included. so im guessing im good to go
