Has anyone recently been able to get SERO thru customer care? Buying a phone and service in the store and going to CC to get onto SERO?

I know about a year ago or so this was possible but I wonder if anyone has done this recently.

Thanks for your time.

no I think the only way to get Sero is thru the Sero website or possibly Retentions may be able to do. I actually have a Sero knock off that I received thru retentions. I wanted Sero but retentions said that they could give me a replica of one and be able to keep my phone #. It's exactly the same as the real Sero plan but is called the Fair & Flexible 1250.

When SERO first came out I was able to get several lines thru CC. I got for myself and for friends. But I just wondered if anyone has been able to get transfered lately to SERO with CC

I haven't had any luck recently. I have sent two e-mails to ecare, one to dan@sprint (more of a frustrated e-mail) and called retentions twice. I've been OOC since 2006. I did find one rep. that was a great help and told me it wouldn't be a problem, but when she tried to switch it over, she said it wasn't going through. She went and got a supervisor and was told it wasn't possible. (so close!) I haven't asked for anything free, just to be put on the plan. I've been a customer for about 7 years. I wish it was easier to just lie and tell retentions I was going to cancel, but I don't really want to because I have an okay plan. The real reason I want the SERO plan is for the data and text. I will lose my corporate discount, but SERO will be a little most cost effective. I am now just planning on signing up through the website and porting my phone number via a pre-paid. I wish I had the same luck as some of you!
