You Are purchasing a 6 month old Palm Centro Smartphone!!! The phone works fantastic, i just moved to a Blackberry for work purposes and no longer need this phone. I actually prefer this phone over the RIM Blackberry... touch screen and palm software is unmatched... please see pictures, this phone is not reconditioned the phone was bought activated on 12/1/07. minor scratch on the top of the phone, otherwise the phone is in Excellent condition! the screen has a screen protector on it and does not have a single scratch. This is why I'm not gonna buy. I don't feel that this is an honest statement. If sprint sent me a phone without the stylus, I'd be complaining and get it sent to me ASAP. Besides that, I can see the stylus in your pic so I know that you had one. I just don't wanna start a Buy/Sell deal and I'm already feel like I'm lied to. Thanks but no thanks.

Okay, so I spoke to another agent with Sprint after speaking with the seller about this. The Seller was informed that the ESN was cleared and I confirmed that with what can only be described as the most retarded rep possible. He told me twice that I couldn't activate it, and then turned right around and told me I could after I explained what the Seller had told me to be the case.
So with that said, this transaction is complete. Thanks!
