I have power vision so I dunno why it's asking this. I called sprint 3 times in the last several months and they always give me credits back for the extra charges.
Anyone else experience this?

This is one of my concerns that I have posted on in the last week. I also have powervision.
I have yet to use my pic mail because everytime I want to send something I get the $5 message, so I hit cancel and choose to email. I don't like doing it that way and sprint told me I was to have pic mail when I started on a new plan.
But the funny thing is that people send me pic mail and I don't receive any message for $5 to accept. Only to send out. I don't understand.

So I meant to ask in my last thread, you are accepting the $5 charge and then it is showing up on your bill in which you have to keep calling and getting a credit.
I have heard from some that say go ahead and accept the charge, it's like a default and I shouldn't be charged but I am hesitant about doing it since if I do get a charge I have to call into Sprint to get a credit. I just don't like dealing with their customer service. I don't want to give them an opportunity to mess something else up on my acct.

You shouldn't have to get charged and get credited. Something is probably not coded correctly on your account. Both of you should call and have them check to make sure that picture mail is set up correctly for you.
