Hey guys!

I have a fair & flexible family plan with 4 lines which has 550 minutes and expires in June. I have had this plan for almost 4 years now. I have a loyalty discount of 5% that expires in June and 23% NVP. I just became eligible for the full discount on phones and I want to get something new. Before I sign a contract, I want to get my loyalty up to 10% and possibly more minutes from retentions. Are they still offering these deals? Do I have to wait until June? Btw, I am not on ensemble yet and they are telling me it should be mid April.

As far as the phones go, I have always gotten the free ones and I'm sick of them! I'm looking at phones <$100 out of pocket expense. I have come to find the Samsung M520 and Katana II to be good choices, but I'm having a hard time deciding if a slider is going to be good. What do you guys think?

The 10% is probably already being offered on your line and its not odd for add a subs to be offered 50 minutes each for a 2yr renewal, probably CS can do taht if your close to contract expiration. As far as phones, In NSS we sell a LOT of rumors and 520's, try em out. Stay way from Katana, its going out of style quick, Besides that, also stay clear of touch, LOTS of etickets on those.
