i contacted websales, they emailed me back about me requesting the URANG credit..they asked for a callback number..kinda funny since i have their service...anyway, i told them i had a flyer that stated urang for $50 credit...i had been denied thru ecare as i was on sero, but nowhere did the flyer state it couldnt be used on certain plans, nor was there any expiration date..i told that her that i was frustrated about talking to the initial order rep that it could be added on w/no problem, later to be told that it couldn't be done ...so she credited my acct for the $50...hope this helps

YES, I had a flyer, I attached it via email, and sent it to both ecare and websales...ecare denied, and websales called me back and honored...
NOWHERE did the flyer have restrictions...NONE whatsoever..plus when I called in to finish my online sero ordered, I was told that would not be a problem...
I was frustrated that I was promised something and then denied... the flyer should have had restrictions such as "may not be valid w/other offers or can be discontinued at any time"...SOMETHING to that extent, but it didn't...plus the phone rep confirmed I could use it...so yea, I was entitled...

No you weren't entitled as per the SERO agreements. Just because you were misinformed or misled by a rep doesnt mean they owe you anything. So do your own DETECTIVE work and read your agreement.

sorry, I didn't read every word of the agreement, as I'm sure you didn't...apparently their own reps didn't either...and since I was minsinformed and misled, they do owe me...misrepresentation...yea, I'm nickel and diming, but if its legit, I'm going to get it...AND, I was going by THEIR direct coupon/flyer...there were NO restrictions, Matlock!!!...

I just emailed ecare about this, and they said since I'm on the SERO plan that the code cannot be applied as the plan is already discounted :(

thanks papitosabe... i got this to work on my sero plan...i had the flyer too but didnt think of using it till i read this... it really does suck tho that some users on here act like they own the place and they just know it all.
