I was on hold for forty minutes with CS and asked the lady to give me Vision free for the remainder of the month and she did so without hesitation. Of course she was Pakistani.

to set the record straight, tabitha w is a us-based rep in the ecare dept. she actually called and left me a very nice voice msg today regarding a feature I wanted more information on.
