Most of the time this means that due to your credit they want a deposit before they start your services up.
Did you sign up for sero?
If so what email did you use?

I called up this morning and they needed more info because I had signed up for SERO in September using savings@sprintemi.com ( does not work ) They wanted to validate why my social had to accounts on it. I did use a legit email given to me from a gracious Sprint employee.
