I have to apologize in advance for my ignorance. I searched for an answer to this but wasn't able to find anything to help with my question.
So what I was wondering is if once you're on a SERO plan can you change to one of the other (more AT min.) plans or are you stuck with the number of minutes you signed up for?
TIA for any help

Sometimes you can, sometimes you can't.
Usually people pick the SERO plan based on their minute usage.
I would call CARE or Account Services to see what options are available.

Thanks, I actually was inquiring before I sign up so I know what plan I need to get. I usually don't use more than 500 mins a month but I wanted to see if I could change that if I need to in the future.
Thanks for the help.

I know people who have been able to upgrade or downgrand SERO plans, but I've also read about people who haven't.
Again, Account Services would be able to help.

I would be surprised if Sprint offered resistance to raising my monthly bill.

I have been able to switch the plans with eCare without any issues.

Thanks for everyone's help.
Did any of you have trouble getting your MIR after you signed up?
I'm wanting to get another smartphone (My boyfriend took my Centro when I canceled the regular account we had and put it on his SWAC line)

there is no problem switching from one sero plan to another sero plan.
however if u get or have sero and switch to something else non sero then u cannot go back to sero. once you're out you are out.
ive had no problems getting 2 rebates with sero. no they even have their own sero rebate form with more relaxed requirments. my friend just signed up with ero last week and his phone came with the right rebate form in the package...it even said sero rebate form #xx on it
