I believe that premium services would be picture mail.
However if I'm incorrect, someone please correct me.

Picture mail is included with the sero plan.
The premium services are when you download ringers or themes in the sprint digital lounge online and this you are responsible for paying for unless you have one of the promo codes that sprint has been giving out like crazy in the last few months.
