so my bill should have been about $85 a month if all discounts and credits worked, however NONE of my credits or discounts had been being applied ever since January and my bill was over $150 each month....

& now I was assured my discount will work and all credits will work as promised too

= roughly $77 not knowing how much taxes will now be....
so in the end I get about 400minutes less (my wife and I only use about 700 each so this is more than enough still) but at least I get my bill back to normal, actually a lot less now and everything I've had stays on there...
my ES rep backdated this to my last bill so my next bill will be 100% accurate and won't have any hard to understand pro-rated fees.... he also tried to add 5PM nights and weekends but the code I gave him said it was invalid with my plan so he said he would try to find a code later and if he did he would apply it at no charge, but i really doubt he will work any further on my bill....also my current balance was $176 for this month, ecare supervisor credited back $100 that was promised to me and ES rep credited $40, so now my balance is $35 for March !, I can't wait to see my next bill and make sure everything is good, he gave me his direct extention and rep id number, I also have his supervisors email because i will be complimenting him on the great work he did and good job he did keeping me as a customer because I was about fed-up with all other reps until he called.

I just got 6pm nights and weekends thanks to eChat rep! I tried for 5pm but it kept giving errors.

Just goes to show that SERO sometimes isnt the best plan out there. Yes it has great perks but just because its $30 a month doesnt mean it will always work the way you need it to. Great Op glad everything worked out for you.

oh, i forgot to mention that during the whole transition my rep never once asked to extend my contract...i checked online and verified both my lines still expired on 1/31/08. damn its nice to be in a 2yr contract for only 7 months lol. i love sprint
